Hi, i'm having some issues with my cycle and I'm trying to help with some things. I'm trying to increase my water intake but I'm not getting my blood levels up or I'm having trouble getting my body to produce more urine. Is there any way i can boost my water intake? I'd like to try this in the hopes that it'll help get my blood levels to increase. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Best regards,
Domenik

I've had my blood levels going up and down in 2-3 weeks. I've noticed that after 2 weeks I have increased my urination rate but I've never been able to get the full amount. I'm trying to get to an average of 30 mL/1.5 g my doctor ordered for my cycle.
I'm also considering adding another supplement so I could potentially boost it. I have read that taking supplements could increase the absorption of Clomid in the body, but I've yet to hear of any studies that have been done on this, so I don't know what's working here and I'm not sure what I need.
I'll keep you posted on this. Thanks again

I'm on 50mg and I'm hoping for a boost, but if you can get to that, I think there could be something else you could try.

Thanks for the advice

Thank you for all your help, I'm trying to get to an average of 30 mL/1.5 g of my body's rate. Any recommendations from a healthcare provider who can give me advice on how to do that?

You could try a supplement like or testosterone and it might be easier. I've read some research but have not tried it yet. The doctor recommended to take testosterone a day, but I've read that it would take 2-3 weeks before you would feel its full. I'll have to try it, but if that's the best option I think I'll stick with it.

Thanks again, I really appreciate all the help! I'll try it. It's not like you've just taken 1 dose of Clomid and you're not getting any response from your body.
It's always important to let your healthcare provider know you're taking the right medication to get the best results. I'm not sure if it's safe for you to take Clomid for your cycle or not. Just know that your body produces more urine than usual. That means more Clomid to take to make sure you're getting the best results. It also means that more urine is needed for the testosterone to be produced. It's not as simple as that. So it's always important to talk to your doctor before you start taking any medication.

Clomid is an oral fertility drug that contains the active ingredient Clomiphene Citrate. It is often prescribed for women with PCOS who are experiencing infertility issues due to multiple factors. The drug works by stimulating the release of the hormones folliclestimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone, which are necessary for ovulation. This makes Clomid an effective way to stimulate the ovulation process in women who are experiencing infertility problems. Clomid is a popular choice among women seeking to conceive, especially those who do not ovulate regularly. However, its use should be limited to women who are pregnant, and it is essential to understand the potential risks associated with its use.
The active ingredient in Clomid is Clomiphene Citrate. It is a synthetic female hormone that is responsible for the stimulation of the ovaries to release eggs. When taken orally, Clomid works by stimulating the release of the hormones folliclestimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone. These hormones stimulate the ovaries to produce and release eggs, which are then released in the ovaries during the anovulation cycle. This process is known as the ovulation cycle.
Clomid is commonly used to stimulate the ovaries to produce and release eggs. It is also commonly used to treat conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PMS).
It is important to note that Clomid should be used only under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
